After spending 14 days at ibis Styles Goa Vagator, we can genuinely say that what made our stay special was not just the hotel, but the wonderful people who looked after us throughout our visit. From the very beginning, we were impressed by how warm, friendly and attentive the staff were. Over the course of our stay, their consistent service and personal attention made us feel comfortable and genuinely well looked after. We would like to give a special mention and thank the restaurant manager, Mr. Ahmed Vali, and his team, especially Mirza, Preethi and Rounak, for their warm and attentive service. We would also like to thank Linda and her team, especially Anchal and Mehek, for taking such good care of us during our stay. The front-desk team was always helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. A special thanks to the chefs as well, who were always open to our feedback and made every effort to accommodate our cuisine preferences. We really appreciated their willingness to adapt to our requests. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. They kept checking with us regularly to make sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed. They did a great job of keeping our room clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a modern, colourful and lively atmosphere, while still being comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the property has a pleasant ambience with a well-maintained pool and attractive common areas. The location is another advantage. It is conveniently situated in Vagator, with beaches, Chapora Fort and plenty of restaurants, cafés and other attractions in North Goa easily accessible. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at ibis Styles Goa Vagator and would be happy to stay here again. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I stayed in the hotel from 24th to 26th of Sept, 2026 with my wife and infant. In one word to say the stay and the service is AMAZING!! The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean and the staff are humble. So what took the over all experience better is FOOD and the service at Spice It restaurant inside the hotel. Special thanks to Mirza who took all our request very humble and made sure we are comfortable in the restaurant. Our initial plan was to stay in the hotel and explore food outside the hotel. But the the service from all the restaurant staff made us to eat all the meal in the restaurant itself. They took if we have any feedback or preference for the taste of the food and remembers it when we enter next time and made sure its proper for us. One such incident was I ordered chole kulcha on one of the stay day and they have added it to my bill but looks like the chole was not up to the mark. So what we would expect is the service guy would come and say its not there and ask us if we need anything else. What actually happed was impressive. The Chef actually came out to inform us the situation instead of the service person and he said the chole is there but its not up to their standards so if he cook that it wont be very nice instead he suggested he could cook any dal dish which he is very good at he is so humble and asked me if anything else he would like me to cook for him for the inconvenience. I was so impressed the way he explained it and I said its ok and this kind of thing would happen and its completely fine and i took couple of phulkas and shared the the side dish my wife ordered. We also ordered couple of desserts like gulab jamun and brownie with ice cream to our surprise when the bill came they said since the chole was billed they cant remove it from the bill and they will make those dessert and the phulka i ordered as complimentary for the inconvenience for me. I was totally impressed the way they handled it, I said its ok I will do the payment but they were humble enough to give that as complementary to make the restaurant experience better. When i am coming to Goa again, for sure my entire stay is gonna be at this hotel, we just love this place so much I also recommended this place to all my friends and family.

Excellent staff but food was below average when it was dinner for mass, otherwise it was fine. My major concern was centralized AC with the fluctuating temperature. Too cold, then goes to room temperature making kids sweat and again too cold.

The service was great and Rithika from reception was very welcoming and helpful. As we saw the property on google we were thrilled to stay with you. But when we got to know about the taxi charges and how unfair it is for people staying in that particular hotel we were utterly disappointed. And knowing that the hotel was not even taking any action on this and making the customers pay for that is unfair for us. The most absurd thing was that we can't even book in apps as the app drivers refuse to come as the drivers near ibis would not let them come inside hotel or verbally abuse those drivers so no one would even accept the ride and we are forced to choose the cabs near the hotel.We had to pay 2x more than usual cab just because we are staying in ur particular hotel. This is also very unsafe for girls as others can't even track those cabs what will the hotel do if something bad happened as we couldn't book cabs from apps just because we stay at Ibis. Seeing all this I would never choose or recommend the hotel in that particular region to anyone . And we got to know that the hotel knows about this for a long time and never took any action on this and turned a blind eye on this matter do u think this a trivial matter that is why u never took any action. If ur providing good rooms good service but making us feel unsafe and looted would anyone like the experience.

The property was good but it’s quite understaffed. Breakfast was a pure chaos, and when we went to redeem the voucher for drinks we were made to wait for more than 15 minutes post which I had to walk away.

Enjoyed the property. The staff was courteous. The location of the property is very nice since it is very close to a lot of to tourist places. The rooms were clean and hygienic. However, the food can be significantly better. The options were very limited and whatever options we had didn’t taste. Good at all. So food is something that you guys should seriously work on.

All receptionist should understand that if a person is calling to bring the car from Vallet in advance, he wants it in advance. He don’t want to wait. Secondly, if someone is asking for any amount of extra pillows. It should be taken care of. I asked for extra pillows It was extra effort explaining the receptionist. Next day shift my room I was denied for 4 pillows and it ended up with me fighting with with them and finally i got it So please improve all this. I love your Hotel. I have stayed here several times Also restraunt should pick phone more often
