The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. More importantly, supper friendly and considerate crews. My leaving flight was evening, not only they can keep my luggage at the lobby, they also allow me to check out late so I can have a last-minute shopping without having to rush back to hotel for checking out. The hotel is at a convenient location, 2 or 3 stops to Ginza shopping area and only 3 minutes walking to Tamachi station. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Tokyo.

Everything was wonderful, especially the spotlessly clean room and comfortable environment; it would be even better if the table tennis paddles could be checked regularly as some rubber coating was peeling off.

The rooms were big and the beds were very comfy but that was about it. I didn’t find the amenities to be good, for example the rooftop bar was closed, and the staff weren’t as friendly as I wouldn’t expect from a 5* hotel. Overall it was not a memorable experience.
