Dear Ms J.,
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us and for choosing to stay with us again. It truly means a lot to know that your previous visit with your parents left such a positive impression that you decided to return with your sister and her husband. We are delighted that you continued to enjoy the excellent service and the comfort of your room.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the water leak and the need to move rooms on your last night. While we regret the disruption to your stay, we are grateful for your understanding and are pleased to know that our team’s sincere apology and prompt assistance helped reassure you.
Your kind words encourage us greatly, and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another comfortable and memorable stay in the near future.

Dear Ms. N.,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Raffles Makati. I sincerely regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding our butler service and the afternoon tea set. It is disappointing to learn that you encountered an allergic reaction and that the quality of the food did not align with the standards we strive for. Your comments will certainly be taken into consideration as we continuously aim to improve our offerings.
I also appreciate your insights about the entertainment at the Writer's Bar and the food options during happy hour. It is important for us to provide a delightful experience for our guests, and your feedback highlights areas where we can enhance our service.
Thank you for the positive remarks about Mireio. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in us and provide a more satisfactory experience in the future.
Sincerely,
Michelle Dagdag
