There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. They are provided upon request, but the toothbrush they brought was very hard, and the toothpaste was dry—two of the four toothpastes they gave were completely dried out. Room service took my used towels but didn't replace them, and they took the glasses I used without leaving new ones. I had finished two of the four complimentary bottles of water in the room; the remaining two were open, and one was in the bathroom because I used it while brushing my teeth. They just took all four in that condition and put them back in their places without replenishing any of them.

The aircondition in the room was making a loud whistling noise.
Also, we were about 30 people total from the same company. One had problem with the card transaction. No Option was offered by the personnel unless it was paid the same day. After 20minutes I had to take care of the payment of my colleague. I found it unacceptable since we were so many people not to try to assist the customer somehow

Comfortable stay overall. However, the shower had a minor issue (the showerhead seemed partially clogged, causing uneven water flow), the room was not well soundproofed, and the curtains did not fully cover the windows, allowing early morning sunlight to disturb our sleep.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room was not overly large for an executive level but adequate. Executive lounge was also adequate for a quick snack and happy hour. Only negative I had was that the hair blower was not very hot and it took a longer time than usual to blow dry.

The entire hotel is beautiful, the rooms at large and comfortable. 5-star service from checking in, house keeping, room service and until you check out again. The garden and the outdoor pool is a very nice place to relax.

Staff was nice an welcoming, rooms are nice enough. The little things that are annoying that there is a limit of 1bottle of free water to each room. For any additional water we were charged for. I understand to be charged for minibar items, but water which is an essential should just simply be included in the costs of a room.

Front office was amazing , anticipating needs and delivering what was promised, fantastic!
The f&b service team , the female staff may have been the hardest working and smiling ( while the male staff we had to call over and no smile). What lets the hotel down is the swimming pool staff at the entrance , no service what so ever, not even an acknowledgment! At one stage there were 6 team members at the entrance , 4 with the back to the pool and none actually facing the entrance . We went to the pool for 2 days and it was the same on both days, shocking.
The shower in the room had no pressure, on either of the 2 showers . The coffee machine did not work upon arrival, but was replaced with a wine dim note left in the room.

This hotel is stunningly decorated with beautiful grounds. The facilities are great including the spa area.
The majority of the staff are welcoming - especially Alara, she was very polite, friendly and welcoming. However there are a couple that let it down and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food at the pool bar is overpriced in my opinion - nearly £30 for a salad! You wouldn’t even pay that in England. But overall my stay was very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.
