It was a very nice stay, but had some issues. Bathroom was too small. toilet was squished between shower and counter. No counter space. The parkade parking spots were too small. Could not get into my vehicle the whole weekend! The people who parked on either side of me were way too close.

Excellent stay with gold highly recommend; however we came across something that is absolutely ridiculous and should be fixed as it has clear sexist implications. Rental clubs for both my wife and I cost the same, she however only gets 8 clubs whereas I get 13. This happened in both Jasper and Banff. She is an avid golfer and should receive the same clubs as me or shoudl be charged less for a suboptimal set of golf clubs, many times during round she needed clubs that were not present purely because she had a women's set. I believe this should be a minimal expectation when paying over a 120 dollars for rental clubs on a course charging over 300 to play. After confronting pro shop was told basically " don't blame us, its the taylormade contract". Well that's a horrible excuse given your organization makes the conscious effort to choose these contracts. Overally had an excellent stay but this did sour our experience especially given the cost and otherwise luxurious experience.

Loved our 3-night stay at Fairmont Banff Springs. Great food options, convenient shuttle to Downtown Banff, and friendly service. Husband loved playing golf and said it was one of the most memorable golf courses for him. I thought spa was a little mediocre, it was set up like a maze and wasn't as nice as photos. Would've been nice if snacks/drinks were in BOTH lounges, not just the co-ed lounge. Our room was serviced impeccably each night, and all the staff were eager to help us. I would definitely come back for the location & the service!

Amazing stay - loved the bed, bedding & pillows so much that I want to recreate it at home and would love if you could tell me where I can purchase. The tours were fantastic and was nice for my mom to join in on while I was working the tradeshow. The room & bathroom were a good size as I heard from my colleague his room was really small. The food in Stock was delicious. Overall, a very nice stay and fortunate that work sent me.

I came to Banff for a work conference, and since it was on the weekend, my spouse joined me. Property was nice, but likely would not go back and pay full price for what it was. My spouse looked forward to watching the Blue Jays game while I was at my event on Friday afternoon/evening, but Sportsnet channels and various others were not available in our room. Called the front desk and they sent a maintenance team, but they concluded that the desk would have to call the provider to fix the issue.....Saturday by noon the issue was still not fixed. Called again and another maintenance person came. This time they did manage to get resolved about 1 hour later. On a positive note, the pass for transit route 2 was great, as we were able to head into town in the evenings.

We really enjoyed ourselves l. The hotel is beautiful and offers some fun outdoor adventures. Staff was great. The only downside was we were staying on the eighth floor and to get to our room in the corner we had to walk by all the maid carts lined up against the hall and racks of robes and other carts all over. It felt like we were delegated to the staff hallway which at $1700 a night was not what I was expecting to walk through every time I went to my room.

I do want to give feedback about the gold level staff. When I arrived at the fairmont lake Louise, I was given a full overview of activities, times for breakfast, canapés, etc and asked about dinner reservations. When I arrived to the gold floor here, I asked for an overview and was told “it is 2026, everything is online”. I asked for print outs of daily activities as I received at lake Louise and again told it’s all online. She said I can sit down with you and go through the website. No, I was hoping someone could at least show me the fold lounge and explain hours of offerings! I wasn’t shown around, oriented at all. I saw others being given a tour the next day so I know it was this particular staff member. Very disappointed in the welcome. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit. Although I will say my daughter’s bathroom in New York City is larger than the bathroom in the suite we had!

Start to finish - a magnificent experience! When we made our reservations the Gold Level was not available, but my wife & I inquired at check-in and were upgraded...now we are forever spoiled. The suite & amenities were delightful and the view from the room could not have been more spectacular. Dinner at Waldhaus and Tea at the Rundle Bar were perfect & memorable. The breakfast hours & offerings for Gold Level breakfast were on point. Finally, the Gold Level service from the room attendant(s) to the supremely helpful desk staff was DIAMOND quality. Rental clubs for both my wife and I cost the same, she however only gets 8 clubs whereas I get 13. This happened in both Jasper and Banff. She is an avid golfer and should receive the same clubs as me or shoudl be charged less for a suboptimal set of golf clubs, many times during round she needed clubs that were not present purely because she had a women's set. I believe this should be a minimal expectation when paying over a 120 dollars for rental clubs on a course charging over 300 to play. After confronting pro shop was told basically " don't blame us, its the taylormade contract". Well that's a horrible excuse given your organization makes the conscious effort to choose these contracts. Overally had an excellent stay but this did sour our experience especially given the cost and otherwise luxurious experience.
