My husband and I arrived home to NZ at midnight, from India. Tired, exhausted. Being able to walk a few metres to the Novotel was fantastic. Check in staff were very friendly and polite. I had requested a room on a higher floor, not a problem. We sleep soundly in the super comfortable king bed. We will certainly be back.

We stay here regularly and every time we come back, there’s another improvement or clever innovation to discover. While many hotels seem to get tired and dated, this one continues to move with the times and genuinely keeps improving the guest experience. From self-service check-in kiosks and sparkling/still water stations on every floor, to robot vacuums in the hallways and robots delivering food to the restaurant and rooms — they’ve embraced technology in a way that actually makes your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, and it’s obvious the manager has created a fantastic culture within the team. That really shines through. The highlight for us is the 6th-floor restaurant — great food, fantastic views and the added bonus of watching planes arrive and depart. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful touches like a welcome card and a little treat waiting for you. We absolutely love staying here before our flights and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, well-run hotel with genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!

A great hotel, literally ourside the Airport terminal, the friendliest and most helpful staff. The rooms are spacious enough for an overnight stay for a late incoming flight or early outgoing flight. Top decor and comfortable beds. Bus stop outside door to get to city. It was so convenient on all levels.

Room was modern and bedding very comfortable. Restaurant upstairs also very good. The lamb rack was nothing short of excellent and service was great.

Front desk were very helpful in our cancelled flight experience. We were delayed in getting room allocations because the Novotel computer system took an eternity to process our rooms.
