Excellent breakfast selections and friendly staff. Beautiful building, although tent in front created a big distraction and made unloading tight.

Hotel Jules Cesar offers the perfect location in Arles for an upscale hotel stay. The staff is very accommodating, particularly Tomas, the concierge was extremely helpful and full of great tips and information. We did have an issue with our room and the lady at the front desk immediately offered an alternate option - it turned out ot be an upgrade!

Outside the elevator to reach the main entrance did not work, despite our reservation being made on 24.11.25 for 5.-8.9.26. Thus, for 4 days our friend in the wheelchair had to access the building going through all the back hallways of the hotel. Luckily her PMR double room was fine.
We had booked a Lacroix suite (pictured in beautiful blue) but upon arrival encountered a surprise: #118 was in the wildest bright red colours (toilet black with one wall in pink and the other in red) that we asked to move immediately which was only possible the next day. #110 was what we booked and met our expectations.
The lunch that our small group of 5 shared at the hotel restaurant on Sunday was delicious.
The location of the hotel is central and thus very convenient.

We took a Junior suite. All the team is very welcoming but the hotel is too old. The sauna & hammam are great but the gym is not a 5 stars hotel standing (very small, no AC, no weights,..)
