Good points 1.Fantastic bed 2.Quiet 3. Good shower and products 4. Comfortable and welcoming foyer 5. Friendly check in 6.Convenient location , amongst old town bars and restaurants. Points to note 1. Personal taste , paint colours in room a bit dark for our taste . 2. Lighting in room didn't light the area of the mirror. 3.We would expect a water bottle per person to be offered each day, without having to ask or go downstairs to re fill from the fountain. 4. When room was serviced ( once in 5 nights ..per our choice) the towels were not replaced. 5. Only one black tea offered on arrival in the room and one powdered milk between two people. Shouldn't have to go chasing extra tea bags and milk. 6. The cups are small in the room suitable for coffee, but you can get a mug from downstairs. 7. We could not access Netflix or you tube from our room, due to a Wi-Fi recurring error.

We were very comfortable but found it very odd to have only 1 small cup and 1 large cup and 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 nights. The map on offer has been copied too many times and was very blurred to read.

Our short stay was fabulous from when we arrived to when we left. Location is perfect, right in the old town and on a street full of bars and cafes. Everyone on reception was helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, very comfy beds and pillows, AC was silent and worked as expected, lovely ceiling shower with hand held option available. Really great Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel / hand soap available. The beer at the hotel was great too. Absolutely recommend staying here. Its an easy 15 / 20 min walk from Gare de Lille Europe.

We had a really enjoyable 3 night stay in Lille. This hotel was an excellent choice. It is situated in a very busy, lively street in old Lille yet we never heard a sound in our well -appointed, spacious suite. The standard of cleaning was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. Air con was super efficient which was a huge bonus. Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. We appreciated greatly a late check out.

Perfect location, welcoming staff. Very comfortable room too. Gorgeous toiletries in the room. Very welcomed air conditioning that was programmable, which was a real bonus. The only little thing that could possibly be changed would be a working fridge in the room and fresh milk, other than that a wonderful stay. Many thanks!
