Everyone was very friendly and the location was wonderful. The breakfast was just so-so, but most everything else was nice. I did a spa treatment and it cleared the bar as well. I'd stay at the Sofitel again.

This hotel quickly became our favorite! Not only was the staff super hospitable but they did go above and beyond anytime you need something. Breakfast at Balta was delicious, the pool and views here are unmatched. We even had our dog and always felt so welcomed. Will be booking there in the future!

This hotel quickly became our favorite! Not only was the staff super hospitable but they did go above and beyond anytime you need something. Breakfast at Balta was delicious, the pool and views here are unmatched. We even had our dog and always felt so welcomed. Will be booking there in the future!

There is no cold water in the evening. The sink and the shower is mainly hot water which make using very uncomfortable. The shower handle is broken , won’t stay and the pressure of the water is very minimal. Disappointed.

I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. From the lobby and check-in staff (Rogelio, Maria, Yair, Wendolee) to the wonderful team at Balta Restaurant (Paty, Danae) everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and gracious.
My mother and I were truly impressed by the level of care and attention we received throughout our stay. The hospitality exceeded our expectations and made our time in Mexico City even more memorable.

We came for our 10 year anniversary. Everything was great from the welcome chocolate drink to all the amenities and staff. We booked with the sapphire reserve so we had free breakfast at baltra daily which is a buffet. The rooftop bar at cityzen has great drinks and an amazing view. We had a short stay, but the pool on the rooftop is very cool. Room was great and spacious and they even left us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! Can't wait to come back

All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Romero seemed to arrive out of nowhere every time we had a bag, Diego and Erik answered every question at the concierge desk and Nancy walked us through a wonderful tasting menu at Bajel!
