The room is Mercure standard, leaning more to business than leisure. The platinum membership got our room upgraded and late check out at 4 pm as well as breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children. Too bad that there was no complimentary afternoon tea to replace the absence of executive lounge even though the cafe offer afternoon tea package. The pool and gym were adequate for adults looking for exercise during the stay.

For single, i think the room is okay. Surprisingly it does look ages abit the rooms and the hallway occasional smells like sewage when i first checked in. For a short stay i would recommend but longer stay i would suggest a upgrade room especially for couple stay.

The room is dark not enough light.

Mercure PIK is fairly well located, especially with the hotel situated directly above a shopping mall, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around the area. The rooms are not particularly large, but they are well furnished, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything you need for a short stay is there. The main downside during my stay was the refrigerator, which unfortunately wasn’t cold at all and was therefore not very useful. I also found the room rate to be a little on the higher side considering the room size and overall facilities. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would still consider staying here again, mainly because of the convenient location and the easy access to the mall.

The aircon wasn’t cold. It was set to cool and the temperature was 5C, though I’m not sure if that’s correct. The room isn’t cooling and we can hear water flowing but we’re not sure where it’s coming from or going. We’ll be checking in again on the 4th and hopefully this won’t happen again. Thanks.
