As much as I like the hotel I don’t appreciate paying bond money and still haven’t received it back even tho the lady refunded it on leaving

Well located. Room was clean. Walls were thin and I could constantly hear noise from other guests throughout the floor. Staff were friendly enough. Towel in the bathroom had some kind of purple ink on it in patches which I didn't notice until after the ink had transferred to all over my skin. Thankfully no harm done (looked like simple pen ink).

Room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is in a great location. However there is very poor sound proofing of the city street noises below, and also the main door, can hear everything in hallways and people talking and closing doors.

Only one matter marred an otherwise pleasant stay. Someone had used my room number to order breakfast one morning.While the matter was dealt with speedily when it was discovered, I wonder whether tighter security measures need to be considered in the future. There was no name on the docket and the signed signature was not in my name. Did the person who signed the docket somehow know my name [how could that happen? ]or did the staff member not ask for his/her name so it could be matched against the room number quoted?

Good bed and some staff. Impacted by not being able to connect laptop to the wifi and staff annoyed when asked to assist with the issue. Also, lack of clean filtered or bottle water rather than toilet water.

I absolutely loved my stay at ibis Adelaide! It was the best ibis hotel I‘ve ever stayed at - modern rooms, kind staff and so comfortable and clean! My highlight was the breakfast - although it‘s quite expensive (35AUD), the variety was amazing!!!! I appreciated the fresh juices, especially the one with ginger which was so yummy! Also, the coffee was the best coffee I‘ve ever had in a hotel!!! Loved everything!

The central location was great. The Hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are really small, but I guess that’s relative to the price paid. No Hotel parking makes it difficult. Good value for money.
