The newly renovated and luxurious suites are a bonus, especially given we were upgraded to a harbour view. Unfortunately - as this was our third stay - disappointed to find a $50 “guarantee fee” added without notice to our prepaid accommodation. A $1 charge to ensure our Amex was legit is usual, but salt rubbed into the wound when we queried the fee later in the evening, then to be told it may not be refunded for several weeks. Unfortunately as well our medium rib eye steaks (chosen by two of the party) in the restaurant were tough and virtually inedible. Disappointing as service was great. We have eaten there a number of times even when staying at the casino and never had a bad meal, or a tough steak! Advised the waiter of our concerns but no response.

The place is looking better than it has, I stayed in 2 rooms over 3 days. 513 & 614. The shower screens in both rooms were faulty as were the buttons to switch from shower rose to above head version. The kids play area on level 3 could also do with some love.

no water in rooms, lollies ?, I lost a pair of jeans in your luggage room when we stored our luggage prior to check in, if they are found please let me know.

We were a little disappointed but it didn’t ruin our stay. When I checked in the lovely reception lady upgraded us from a mountain view room to a sea view. The problem with this which we didn’t realise at the time is that it was on the 8th floor & right opposite the entrance to the casino nightclub area. The noise was so loud! The music was good but the screaming & yelling of people leaving was not great! We will request a quieter room in future.

We had a great time , our grand children were well catered for with the play area but could definitely do with some shade around the pool . We were upgraded to the twin suite which was lovely and really appreciated having a bath for the 1 year old . Not sure on his name but we had a great conversation with the F and B manager , he is definitely an asset to the company , we have stayed many times and always love seeing Junko at reception, Caine was also very helpful .

I stayed 3 nights in unrenovated room on the 15th floor with fantastic water views and 2 nights in an upgraded room on the 15th floor with same views . The upgraded room had a walk in shower replacing the bath over shower in the non renovated room. The beds and pllows were super comfortable. The rooms were super clean and tidy

Enjoyed our short stay prior to my having to go in for knee surgery. The hotel was very comfortable and the late check out was perfect for my wife while she waited to pick me up. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was actually booked under my partner's name. It was a good room. There were few issues that we encountered. 1. I was charged for the room eventhough it was paid with points. We notified the lady in front and was told it will be refunded. 2. My partner is a Accor Gold. He did not receive the welcome amenity. When followed up the next day, I was told they will send it over. It never arrived.
