Breakfast was good, location good, reasonable selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase. No shampoo or conditioner, only one soap used for all things including washing hands. The worst was the plastic on the bed!

As a Diamond member I expect some recognition, however, there was none! I was extremely tired after a long journey when I arrived mid afternoon There was no hotel information or induction On arrival at my room, no welcome & no note, I thought this may come later, but never did! There was not even water, which was extremely annoying! The room was clean and ok, but with no coffee making facilities or fridge The location is good next to the main train station

I was traveling alone with my kids by train and this Ibis was in a great location for us. We used a lot of public transportation and it was just in front of the door. Really convenient! The breakfast was also very good for us, just the fruits didn't taste good, the rest was fine. Just don't like the transparent Bathroom doors in general, but the room was good, also at a good temperature.

Great location just near the Berlin Hbf. Staff were friendly and had no problems conversing in English. Room was clean and a good size, however disappointed to find that the air conditioning was quite weak as seems to be the custom in Europe. Slippers were not provided and had to be purchased for 3 euro at the front desk. There was also no minibar, hot water, tea or coffee facilities in the room. For the price of the room, it seems fair but visitors should be aware that these amenities are not provided.
