We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the housekeeping service and your experience at the reception. Please accept our sincere apologies that on two of the four days your room had not been serviced by 15:00. Our housekeeping service is carried out until 17:00, but we fully understand that this may not have suited your personal schedule, especially as you were travelling according to a train timetable. We are sorry that, despite your request at reception, we were unable to provide the service at the time you needed it and that our internal communication did not meet the standard you should expect from us. Regarding your concern about bedbugs, we took your complaint very seriously and thoroughly inspected both the bed and the entire room. We can confirm that no traces or signs of bedbugs were found in the room. Nevertheless, we are sorry for the discomfort and concern this situation caused you. As an Accor Gold member, we also regret that your experience with our Front Office team did not reflect the level of service you should expect from a four-star hotel and from our Accor standards. 4박 중 이틀간 15시 이전에 객실 정비가 되지 않았고 첫날은 프론트데스크에 객실 정비 요청을 했음에도 조치가 되지 않아서 쉴 수도 일정을 이어갈 수도 없었음. 기본적으로 내부 소통도 안되고 투숙객에게 관련 안내도 잘 되지 않음. 아코르 골드 티어고 기차 이용 일정이 있어 투숙했으나 중앙역의 다른 호텔들을 추천함. 침대에 배드버그 있어 다리 피부 발진 있었음. 프론트 데스크의 투숙객 응대는 4성급에 걸맞지 않음.

빈 중앙역과 벨베데레 궁전에서 가까워 아주 좋은 위치라고 생각합니다. 교통도 편리하고 역에서 새벽에 출발한다 하더라도 전혀 무리가 없었습니다. 체크인을 진행해 준 담당자는 친절하고 세심하게 관리를 해 주었으며, 방은 매우 넓고 쾌적하여 지친 몸을 쉬는데 최적이었습니다. 다시 빈을 방문하게 된다면 백퍼센트 이곳으로 오겠습니다.

중앙역에 도착하자미자 보이는 호텔모습에 감탄 역 문을 열면 바로 보임. 룸은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 조식도 맛남. 지하철과 버스. 노선이 많아 이동이 편 리하고 부다페스트, 브라티슬라바행 기차도 중앙역 출발 임. 벨베데레미술관 걸서다녔고 가까이있는 스위스정원에 맛난 등갈비집에서 포식하고 걸어시 돌아올 수 있음

We have intentionally removed minibars from our standard rooms as part of our efforts to reduce energy consumption and support more sustainable travel. However, we are pleased to offer complimentary drinking water at our hotel, which can be refilled at our designated water stations. This allows us to provide fresh drinking water while also helping to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles.
