Thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding the fridge: as part of our budget hotel concept, our rooms don't include a fridge or minibar, which helps us keep our rates attractive. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive towels in your room, though, this shouldn't happen, as two towels per room are provided as standard, with more available free of charge at reception on request. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast, especially the variety of Viennese bread, ham, cheese, and yogurt. Our Asian-inspired corner, including the miso soup, was actually added based on positive guest feedback, and we're glad it was a pleasant surprise for you. We're also happy that our location worked so well for you, close to Wien Hauptbahnhof and just a two-minute walk from the D tram line, and that you found the room spacious and clean. Thank you for confirming the amenities for future guests as well — as part of our budget hotel concept, toothbrushes and razors aren't provided automatically but are available at reception on request, and while there's no kettle in the room, hot water is indeed available in the lobby. とても快適に過ごせました。また中央駅のすぐそばで立地もよかったです。チェックアウト後に私が乗車する予定の列車が大幅な遅延となったのですが、フロントにお願いしたらラウンジの電源付きの席の使用を快諾してくださいました。これは本当に有り難かったです。スタッフの心遣いとホスピタリティに感謝です。

全体的に満足しました。ありがとうございました。 朝食はウィーンの各種パン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルトどれも美味しかったです。スープは味噌汁1択でビックリしました。 ウィーン中央駅近くで、路面電車のDラインの乗り場も歩いて2分程度で大変便利です。 部屋に関しては広く、清潔でした。日本の方向けの情報としては、歯ブラシ、髭剃りはありません。またシャンプーはボディソープと一体型です。部屋にポットはありませんが、ロビーにお湯があります。

３泊しましたがどこに行くのも便利な好立地でなおかつ朝食も美味しかったです。 部屋の掃除が…というほかの方のレビューは見ていましたが 実際泊まってみるとクローゼットになっている棚に 洋服を置いたときに違和感があって 覗いてみると前の人の忘れ物の シャンプーとリンスがありました。 触るのが気持ち悪いのでそのままにしておきましたが （次回の掃除の方がわかるように少し 見えるようにしておきました。） 棚も拭いていないことも分かりました。 この程度の掃除ならばと3日掃除なしにしました。 あとシャワールームがとても使いにくかったです 棚などがないため何回も外に出てってことを 繰り返さないといけませんでした。 シャワールームは仕方ないとしても 掃除は気をつければ未然に防げることだと思います お掃除の方もお忙しいかとは思いますが 頑張っていただきたいです。 そしてレストランの方の対応がとても良かっただけに フロントの対応の悪さが引き立ってました。

立地はとても良かったのですが、シャワールームの排水が悪く流れない。ボディソープとシャンプーリンスが一緒で1本しかなかったことと無料のコーヒーがなかったのが残念でした。立地だけで選ぶならまた宿泊したい。

Regarding the fridge, in line with our ibis brand standard, our rooms do not include a minibar or fridge, allowing us to offer our guests an especially attractive price-to-value ratio. That said, our lobby area is available around the clock, where you'll find a selection of cold and warm drinks as well as small snacks. 12日と13日に宿泊して、14日早朝にチェックアウトしました。Roomナンバーは237です。列車の中で首と顔を何ヵ所も刺されていることに気がつきました。南京虫かどうかはよくわかりません。コインランドリーで衣服を全て洗いました。19日と20日も宿泊予定です。虫の被害のない部屋をご用意ください。

空港からRJなどで一駅で行ける。想像より駅前で、夜コンサート帰りでも治安は問題なかったです。旧市街地へもトラムですぐ行けます。部屋も広くて、ムダなものがなく快適でした。フロントも朝食のスタッフもみんな親切で気持ちが良かったです。またウィーンへ行く際は宿泊する予定です。

中央駅から出て横断歩道を渡ってすぐのロケーション。鉄道でプラハから降り立ち、その後はまた鉄道でブダペストまで移動だったのですが快適にステイしつつ移動も楽になりました。 部屋はシンプルだけど収納も便利な家具で狭いながらも満足度は高く、備え付けのポットなどはない分、フロント脇のリフレッシュメントコーナーで水、お湯、コーヒーなどがフリーで提供されているので不便はなかったです。 基本は駅ナカのスーパーで飲料などは買えば良いと思いますが、遅い時間帯などに到着しても、リフレッシュメントコーナーでビールやインスタントラーメン、ビール、ワインなども売っているので事足りるかと思います。 鉄道好きなら、部屋から鉄道を見下ろせるのも嬉しいポイントかも。

駅へは横断歩道渡ってすぐという好立地。 ホテルへは早朝に到着しましたが、会員は無料でアーリーチェックインが出来て本当に助かりました。部屋に湯沸かしポットがないのは残念ですが、ロビーでお湯もコーヒーも無料でもらえるので問題はありません。また泊まりたいと思います。

Vienna Central Stationの出口から徒歩1分の近さで、スタッフの方の対応も大変良かったです。 駅の真横ですが静かで、お部屋も清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 セーフティーボックスと冷蔵庫があるとさらに良いなと思いました。 フロント横にはドリンクスペースがあり、ウォーターサーバーから水を無料でいただける点もよかったです。
