As a listed building, we are unfortunately unable to install air conditioning in certain parts of the hotel due to the restrictions that apply to the building. For health and safety reasons, our windows can also only be opened to a certain extent. We do provide fans in the rooms, although we appreciate that on particularly warm days these may not always be sufficient. We’re also sorry that HP sauce wasn’t available at breakfast and that the presentation of the beans and availability of condiments did not meet your expectations. We appreciate that these details can make a difference to the overall breakfast experience, particularly when considering the cost of a stay. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
