I stay in this hotel multiple times a year for my children’s sports events. We organise for multiple other families to join us staying at the hotel on 2-3 occasions each year. We are disappointed that the Accor have changed their free night policy and as a result we were forced to pack up our bags and change rooms. Given this was a last minute request from the staff, we knew the room was free and thought this was unnecessary and cost them more in cleaning anyway. Disappointing given how many families we bring to this hotel for sport each year. We will look at the option of Parramatta in 2027.

we were satisified with our stay. Good enough for what we needed. walking distance to HQ so we would easily get to our daughters dance competition early in the morning. Facilities were basic which was enough for our 1 night.

We had a very good experience at the Novotel HQ. Rooms were excellent size for comfort when sharing the room. Bathroom was huge and improved our level of comfort. Good breakfasts provided with plenty of seating however morning staff could communicate better for very simple things such as ordering a barista coffee. E.g. Small size coffee included in the room but a large (not much bigger) costs $6.50. This wasn't communicated at all and I think this is quite poor for a high end establishment like Novotel. The check in staff also told us us that breakfast on the weekend started at 7am yet this "one-off" weekend (12-13 September) it started at 6.30am instead. This would have been good to know upfront as we could have benefited from the earlier start. This is only a small thing but aside from that, we will be back next year.
