Writing this in English, because my written French isn’t strong. The hotel is very well located, and the interior is very cosy , but what changes everything in this hotel , making the experience superior … is the staff. These people , they are incredible… They make you feel right at home. I have to travel a lot for work, and I am possibly not always the happiest customer , due to travels and tiredness , but wow this staff … They went out of their way … .There is an immediate good atmosphere here, you feel like people enjoy working here very much , and you catch on that vibe immediately … I will be back. I have to move to Pullman to fit my family of four soon, but I kind of regret it honestly … That is how much I appreciated the stay.

We had a marvellous stay at this hotel with the warm welcome and great service of the stylish front desk staff. The hotel is beautifully styled, organised and clean. It is well located and we could access all the main attractions by bus, metro and walking. There is also sauna and tea provided for a good rest. The only thing I would wish for is to have a slightly bigger room, though we understand this is normal for Paris.

I was amazed by the beauty of this place I enjoyed, by the location which is superb, truly central, but most of all, I was amazed by the people. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are coming from Gare Du Nord, it’s only a short walk. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and very clean. The bed are so comfy and breakfast was fantastic, so much choice. We will be back in December!

The place is pretty and well located. People at front desk, Arthur and also the person on the night shift were super helpful and nice. Particularly at night when we checked in. Room was nice. Only minor details, room amenities could be better: no bathrobes or place to put clean towels (they placed them on the sink) nor to hang them after use. Other than that, great stay if only too short

My husband and I booked our short stay in Paris at this Accor hotel based on the great reviews, and we were very impressed! The front desk staff provided exceptional service and were warm, welcoming, and genuinely customer-oriented. The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby and convenient access to explore Paris. The interiors are also impeccable and beautifully designed. Both the lobby and our room were stylish, elegant, and thoughtfully decorated - almost as if they had come straight out of an interior design magazine. The team also made our stay extra special with a personalized welcome note and a lovely bar of chocolate to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made our stay memorable. A special thank you to Joao, Lola, and Chiara at the front desk for the excellent service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. You truly made us feel welcome and well looked after. Thank you again to the wonderful team! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Well located but noisy rooms, you can hear your neighbours’ shower and discussions. Good AC. Poor gym. Long wait for elevators. Would need an additional bottle to avoid refilling it every so often.
