Dear Sara, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We are much pleased to learn you had overall a comfortable stay with us at ibis Esch-Belval. It is a pleasure to read that the variety of products at breakfasts was satisfying as well as our efforts toward sustainability. We regret you were lacking more power sockets in your room. Please keep in mind that we do not place power sockets in the bathroom for safety reason. Furthermore we take good note of your feedback regarding the hairdryer. Rest assured this will be taken into consideration on the occasion of a future refurbishment. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again at ibis Esch-Belval. Until then, the whole team sends its warmest regards. Valentin STEPHANY - Front Office Manager

Camera pulita e confortevole, ben insonorizzata. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente.
