It wasn't a pleasant experience from the moment we checked in. I waited about 20 minutes, even though there was only one person ahead of me in the queue and two staff members were working at the front desk. Then we met our first "neighbors" - pests in the room. Using the pool was also a challenge. Nobody could explain how to get there, and there were no signs or directions anywhere. The checkout process was straightforward. We simply dropped off the key cards and left. BTW, the underground parking garage, where the ventilation looks like switched off, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location is very good and easy to reach, and the parking area is spacious.
