The room is cozy, comfy, spacious, kitchen well equiped, extra bonus i get a private terrace in front of the room. The individual terrace is pleasant at the evening to relax with a glass of wine surrounding by green plants. So gracefully exquise. I really love the place, quiet, clean , modern, buffet breakfast is excellent (not included). The bedroom is as exactly see on pictures. Bathroom is spacious.i will come back next time Recommended hotel in Aix (the hotel location is little bit off the main street on a little hill)

Entering the carpark is a headache with no button to call the reception for car park gate opening. And in addition, no clear instruction on how to roll the car forward to the pole for the sensor to detect to open it. The car park entrance is definitely the hardest driving skill test with super narrow, like relatively to France narrow's street, ramp. Room is fairly clean but definitely can be better. Room is quiet in general. Breakfast is better than expected. I would hope they can include daily housekeeping or at least minimal kind of housekeeping.

All good except for bad smell in toilet (some urine smell) not sure if this is from the sewage lines of faulty extraction fan. Apartment is too tight for 5 adults with only one small toilet.

Highly recommend aparthotel, with comfy rooms and common areas. It is a short close aways from the key avenues, Sextius street and La Rotonde.

Apart hotel is well equipped and is in the prime location with nearby bus stop, supermarket, gym etc Good amenities including dishwasher, coffee machine and on request airbus frier, steamer, toaster etc. Kids and pet friendly and totally a family space. They have a piano and many indoor and outdoor games. Room ambience is good with good space and weekly house keeping also appreciated. Breakfast spread is good though timing starts from 06:45 am. No restaurant, gym, swimming pool or a bar. But there is a small snack/beverage counter. Only reason I could not mark full rating is personal. I lost my mobile during the stay possibly during the house keeping bed roll change. Though the hotel provides a safe to keep valuables and is not responsible for stuffs outside it in the room, the lost physical device like a mobile should be traceable or tracked with team who comes for cleaning. Thanks!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and had everything I needed. Laundry room was about the only thing frustrating - only 1 washer/dryer and payment method and machines did not always work. Outside hotel was not maintained as well; was told that it was the city’s responsibility - but a garbage bag sat outside for weeks. Gave the hotel a bad look, which is a shame, because the hotel itself is great. Parking is tricky; only rent a small car!
