This is my goto Hotel if i have a transit at HKG. good shuttle service to and from airport - reliable. room is good. lounge is decent. also near shopping mall. cheaper to travel from here to Central then from HKG airport.

I stay long time at least 1 week everytime i come to hongkong at novotel . i love the Service , especially from Mark (front desk) , and Uncle Campia &Jerry from luggage department. They are wonderful. However, this time i got Bed bug, like really bad from the room, i took me a week , still not recover and leave a big scare on both side of my leg, i can not wear a shot i need to cover it. I don’t know how the hotel can help me compensate this.

The hotel has a very strategic location, close to Hong Kong International Airport, with direct indoor access to Citygate Outlets Mall. The MTR station can also be reached directly from inside the mall, without having to go outside. The complimentary airport shuttle is another great convenience. Our room, however, was not completely clean and felt somewhat outdated. The complimentary water bottles, tea and coffee were also not consistently replenished during our stay. Overall, a convenient hotel for a short stay or airport stopover, particularly because of its excellent location and transport connections.

I reserved a room for a staycation for my mother, who uses a wheelchair. I specifically sought out a disabled-accessible room, as I have done in the past when traveling with her. This was the first time I encountered your hotel's accessible room, which features a dented basin-like area in the bathroom. I found the layout quite awkward, even for able-bodied individuals, as it could potentially lead to trips and falls. To assist my mother with her shower, I ultimately had to take her to the swimming pool shower facilities, which was very inconvenient and far from ideal.

I stayed at the hotel in August and had a good experience, which is why I chose to return again so soon. Unfortunately, some aspects of this stay did not quite meet my expectations. I understand that hotel rates are subject to dynamic pricing. However, it was still a little disappointing to see a rate around HKD 300 lower for the same room, dates and booking conditions shortly after I made my reservation. At check-in, I was told that the welcome drink could be redeemed until 10 p.m. However, when I went to redeem it at around 9:45 p.m., I was told that the last order had already finished, and the response made me feel that my request was rather unwelcome. I had simply followed the information given to me at the front desk, so this was disappointing. I also noticed that the canned ginger ale provided this time was considerably smaller than the one I received during my stay in August. This was only a minor point, but together with the experience above, the welcome drink benefit felt somewhat less welcoming than before. The room was cleaned properly and the amenities were generally replenished, although the coffee and tea bags were not replaced. This was only a very minor point. Despite these points, the room was spacious and comfortable, although it showed some signs of age. The convenient location, with direct access to the mall and MTR station and easy access to the airport, remains a major advantage. Considering these conveniences, I would still consider staying here again.

Everything was perfect. The Filipino guy who checked us in was very proactive. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room is so nice. The location of the hotel is very ideal, close to the train station and the shuttle service from and to the airport is definitely a plus.
