It was not a good comfortable experience. I have stayed in ibis at many places but this was worst. As mattress quality was worn out and very bad and whole night mattress was slipping. Towels were too old. Not even a dustbin in the room. Being a silver member requested for double bed and room with a good view but they rudely provided twin beds and room with worst view.

I am coming 3 time a year in your Ibis hotel center city. I am a bit more disappointed about the service. The garage is very expansive and it is a real hassle to drive in and out of it.

We stayed 5 nights and had a very nice room of the 7th floor. Josef checked us in and advised that he would upgrade the room which was wondferful. Much bigger than most Ibis and a large double size bed. The location is great and walking distance to the big Palladium Mall as well as great access to the trams right up the block from the hotel.

I enjoyed the stay since it was really close to everything and also there was a bar, just across the street that we used multiple times. The rooms were good, since we knew what we were booking. The check-in was smooth and the staff who checked us in was really help full and kind. Also at check-out the staff was really nice. At breakfast the staff was not really informed about employee discounts from other Accor hotels, even though at reception I was also told about the discount. So after talking to the staff and their supervisor I was asked to pay full price, but we resolved it at the reception afterwards and paid with the discount. Also the room cards did not work for the elevators, but we did notice messages that room locks will be changed, so I suppose its related to that.

the room was well sized the bathroom was large enough so it didn't feel cramped like other ibis. the mattress might be a bit tough . the pillows might also need some firmness.- your mileage may vary. AC was good. I had the 9th floor but when doors gets closed on the floor - i think i can hear slams but i guess that's the way hotels are made nowadays. i didn't have the breakfast plan so no comments on that. but the location of the hotel next to the shopping mall and cafes and food places next door makes it not too much of an issue.
