When I informed certain information, the first response was asked me to cancoand rebook again myself. Not even offer any help .just to update the resident name. Secondly i have a name instead of Dear, to make it a bit more care my name as I introduced myself will show a bit more care. Last regards, not even put the name of the team member who reply my email is a bit input as a hotel is under Accor/ French It’s make the guest feel unsecured before check I. , wondering if the hotel really follow the requested. It’s just a small thing as a staff opinion.

Super place to stay a short distance from the terminal. Driving to hotel is confusing because there is more than one Ibis hotel. Instructions could be better. Restaurant in adjacent Novohotel is great

From unfriendly reception to a terrible smell in the corridors (like WC) everywhere. Absolutely nothing available in the room and for 90 euros was way too much for this experience.

The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. But there should be a hairdryer in the room, and I shouldn’t have to ask for that. When I did, they said come down to the lobby and they’d give me one. But it was going on 10 o’clock at night, I was extremely tired after traveling for 26 hours. I didn’t think it was too much to ask to have someone on staff bring me a hairdryer. Perhaps, you’re running your hotel thinly with minimal staff?

I chose this hotel partially for its proximity to the airport and the train station. What I really appreciated was the noon check in time and the good breakfast being available at 5:00 a.m. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom minuscule but functional for me. I missed not having a bedside table (no room for one) but I coped. Staff were helpful when asked. I would stay again.

So easy to walk from terminal 1, maybe 5 mins. Everything very clean. Didn’t have breakfast this time (weather too hot) so no update on that. Hard to manoeuvre 2 big suitcases in twin bed room

The hotel is walking distance to the airport and adjacent to Novotel. We had a good breakfast. The weather was very hot and at there were many tourists at this time but we still enjoyed the scenery.

It is clear from the price that this hotel offers a basic, low-cost experience, and I did not expect luxury or extensive amenities. However, as part of an established hotel chain, I believe the property should be maintained to a better standard. The hotel is in need of significant maintenance. The carpets were very dirty, several doors did not close properly, and the overall condition of the property felt tired and neglected. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was also disappointing. From the reception staff, who came across as unnecessarily aggressive and unfriendly, to the housekeeping staff, the overall impression was that many employees seemed unhappy and dissatisfied with their work. This has a significant impact on the guest experience. The hotel shares the same building with the Novotel Nice Arénas Aéroport, separated mainly by doors, yet the difference between the two properties is enormous. Having stayed at both, the contrast in maintenance, atmosphere and service is striking. Another issue is the location information on Google Maps, which is misleading, and the entrance is difficult to see and find, especially for a first-time visitor. Overall, I understand that this is a budget hotel, but being part of a major hotel chain should guarantee a certain minimum standard. With better maintenance, cleanliness and a more welcoming attitude from the staff, this hotel could offer much better value for money.
