Decent location near Saint Lazare station. Rooms at the front can be quite noisy given the traffic outside. Only one lift working which caused a lot of problems for people checking out in the mornings. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area to choose from.

The hotel’s location is excellent and definitely its biggest advantage. It is within walking distance of Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, the main shopping streets, and Saint-Lazare station, making it A. very convenient base for exploring Paris. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although the rooms are quite small, which is fairly typical for hotels in Paris. The main downside was the elevator situation. The hotel only has two elevators, and during my stay one of them was out of service. This meant that A. single elevator had to serve all guests as well as hotel staff. Whenever staff used it with their service carts, there was barely any room left for guests, and I sometimes had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to get an elevator. This was quite frustrating. There were also some maintenance works taking place during my stay, which caused some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the location is so good that I would still consider staying here again on A. future visit to Paris.

Unfortunately due to SNCF changes we had to leave a day early, the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, set yourself up for the day and eat as much as you like.

Nice location but very tiny room and bathroom . Hot a/c . We are 2 but just give us once battle of water . No any drawers in room so i leave my stuff in bags no where i can’t arrange them no space !

However, we are sorry to hear that the size of the room and bathroom, as well as the available storage space, did not fully meet your expectations. For your next visit, we would be delighted to recommend one of our Privilege Rooms or a Privilege Suite, which offer more spacious accommodation along with additional amenities for greater comfort. Please also note that all our rooms are equipped with cupboards and shelves for storage, although they are not fitted with drawers. We are also sorry for the inconvenience regarding the air conditioning and the water provided in the room. The glass bottle provided in the room is part of our environmental initiatives, and we encourage our guests to reuse it by filling it at the water fountains located next to the elevators and on the spa level. Regarding the air conditioning, we are sorry to learn that the room was not cool enough during your stay. Had we been made aware of the issue, our Front Desk team, available 24 hours a day, would have been pleased to assist you and find a suitable solution. Regarding your request for twin beds, we did arrange the room with two separate beds as requested upon your arrival. For your next visit, we kindly recommend letting us know your preferences in advance, whenever possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements before your arrival. The restaurant lady was extremely rude and also one of the receptionists. Only Claire management assistant and the guy who speak Russian, Japanese, German, Spanish, English and Spanish were kind to me and my family

First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind words to our multilingual receptionist Léni and me (I believe you were actually referring to me, Carla, as I remember our conversation and there is no Claire working in our property). I truly appreciate that you highlighted the positive interactions you had with us as the feeling was shared. However, I am sincerely sorry to read that some of your other exchanges with our restaurant and reception teams left you with such a negative impression. Following our discussion, I understood that part of the misunderstanding concerned the consumption of food purchased outside the hotel in our bar area. Our receptionist's intention was simply to explain our usual policy, and I am sorry if the way it was communicated seemed unfriendly. As our bar offers its own food and beverage menu, outside food cannot be consumed in this area, just as would normally be the case in any restaurant or bar. As the space is also visible and accessible from the street, allowing outside food there could understandably give the impression that the area is freely available without a hotel or bar reservation. Nevertheless, we completely understand that our guests may occasionally wish to bring their own food back to the hotel. It can of course be enjoyed in the privacy of their room, and, as an additional alternative for their comfort, we can also offer the tables located opposite the elevators, subject to availability as explained. Your feedback during our one to one conversation has been useful to us, as I have taken the opportunity to remind our team to explain this policy more clearly and with all of this context in the future, so that what is simply an operating rule is never perceived as a lack of kindness or hospitality. It was an ok experience. I am a travel agent and wanted to explore different locations for my group and I had mentioned to them as well. Service was average besides couple of people being really friendly. One of the days I had health issue and requested ordered in food to be dropped to room but at the end I had to come to lobby to get it. Hospitality was not at its best.

The suite is spacious. Air con and wifi worked well. Staff lovely. Breakfast good. Location was perfect for our needs. Our suite faced the internal courtyard was very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Our Paris 4 days trip to Paris turned out to be awesome experience, thanks to our stay with Mercure Paris Opera Garnier, which is a beautifully located and professionally run hotel. All important landmarks of Paris are within a few kms from this hotel, and the hotel itself is located in a safe, bustling and lovely part of the city centre. Our room had good space, great amenities and was extremely comfortable. For the price, this hotel offers absolute value-for-money, whilst maintaining high standards and quality of service. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were super clean and elegantly decorated. The common areas, especially the courtyard, were very pleasant spaces to relax and eat breakfast in. The air conditioning was more than sufficient and the staff was very accommodating to give us all rooms on the same floor, along with the balconies and the color palette of the room decor I requested. Another big bonus feature: the water dispenser in the common areas that had sparkling water - saving us lots of trips lugging bottles from Monoprix!

We booked 2 rooms as a family of 4 for one night. It was the first time we'd done this and expected 'interconnecting' to be a door on the dividing wall. Instead we had two rooms at the end of the corridor that we accessed via one locked door. it felt really safe and meant we could all move freely between the two rooms. Bed was super comfortable and there was air con and a great shower with Nuxe shower gel. The location was fantastic and we took advantage of kids eat free for breakfast to enjoy breakfast the following morning. Loads of choice and we managed to get a table on the courtyard which was lovely. Would definitely return.

Very friendly, welcoming and accomodating front desk staff. Good location, close to les grands magasins (Galleries Lafayette and Printemps). Comfortable rooms with larger rooms available. Breakfast is good and they make custom eggs and omelettes. Did not care for some of the breakfast helpers this stay, curly haired man appeared to mock patrons behind their back. Reliable place to stay with good atmosphere. Current renovations are very loud but only 10am to 5pm.

Love being centrally located. Rooms nicely fitted out and maintained. Staff always pleasant and helpful. It's a shame that taxis can no longer pick up from the front of the hotel.
