Dear Mister V. G., Thank you for your message following your stay at our hotel to Blois. We are truly sorry that your check-in took a little longer than expected, and we completely understand how you feel. Unfortunately, a power outage affected the hotel and did not end until 3:45 p.m., which prevented us from speeding up the check-in process any further. In addition, your room is guaranteed to be available starting at 4:00 p.m. Even when you check in in advance using the Accor app, we still need to complete certain steps on our end using our software to finalize your check-in. We sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance that occurred overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Our night receptionist spoke with the guests in the room in question and asked them to stop making noise. We are also sorry to hear that the room you reserved did not fully meet your expectations. All of our rooms have only one window. We are, however, delighted that you enjoyed the location of our hotel, which is just a 5-minute walk from downtown and close to the famous châteaux of the Loire Valley, including Chambord, Blois, and Cheverny.
