Location was great. The bedroom and bathroom were small, especially the bathroom. I did not have enough soap/shampoo in the shower when I took my shower that first night.

Please check your pest control. I was seated in the lobby at 11:45pm waiting for my food and a small mouse almost climbed on my foot. And then I paid attention and you can hear them, they live under the part where there is wood in the lobby. The noise was running free around the lobby. I know Paris has this problem but it should be controlled specially in a lobby of a hotel.

I specifically requested a quiet and isolated room away from the elevator and noise before my arrival. Despite this, I had to change rooms three times due to repeated noise and maintenance issues. I was eventually woken up at 7:30 a.m. by technical issues and had only around four hours of sleep. The reception documented all of my complaints in my booking file. Very disappointing experience.

My room was not good. The bathroom smelled very bad. There wasn't a nightstand on one side of the bed. You could see the holes in the wall where there used to be a nightstand. The towels were extremely thin. The shower had black mold.

The hotel is very affordable and clean. It has a direct bus from the low-cost Bouvet Airport (Wizz Air / Ryanair hub). Everything is half an hour away by metro, which is very convenient. The staff is nice; the breakfast is amazing.

Very happy with our short stay at the Ibis Paris la Villette Cite des Sciences. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Shower rooms were small, but functional. During our stay the weather was exceptionally hot & the rooms don't have air-con. However, if the curtain was left closed during the day it wasn't too hot in our room. Helpful & friendly staff on front desk.

I initially booked one day too short at booking.com. My messages there were ignored. When I called I couldn't use English, but managed to get an extra day in French. When I arrived they wanted me to pay 20 pounds now than the price agreed over the phone. When they cleaned my room, my ereader was dropped under the bed, which meant I had to awkwardly manoeuvre to retrieve it.
