I rented four rooms for five persons for a business reason and stay with you fine times a year. The rooms were HOT......Might consider other hotels if rooms are not cool. Everyone in our party were hot. I dont think 20 degrees C was true. Temperature is very important.

Staff very nice … resturant was not enough help .. had to search for someone to get us wine then also search again to pay . Wanted to eat dinner but was told she could not get our order for 25 min because she was the only one there … room was extremely hot .. very nice people at the front desk .. great massage therapist … was very helpful with luggage ..

We absolutely loved the pool (but perhaps clean the water entrance/shower water more often. And put the signs on the glass doors, now nobody showers, swim in weird bath clothing)

I was disappointed based on my numerous other Mercure hotel experiences; as gold member didn't get an upgrade (which can happen if full) but more disturbingly no special treatment, welcome note or small welcome gift (chocolate, fruit etc) like in others. The room was very old school with a carpet that was outdated and worn out, decor very shabby and breakfast just regular.

Below average. Room clean but old. Amenities pretty basic, had to ‘rent’ a pool towel! Door lock continuously needed visits to reception 4 times to get new key cards. Staff pleasant. Not somewhere I could recommend.

It’s fun to stay in a town that looks like from a French science fiction movie from the 70s. The Mercure is part of that ensemble. The hotel itself is located well right at the marina. Inside it could do with some renovations. Electric charging opportunity on the hotel parking is great.
