The room was too warm and the AC did not work. The bathrooms were especially musty. The food at the restaurant was not good and it took long for the waiters to serve food or address our requests. The options for lunch were very limited and rigid.

Great location for our 4 day itinerary. Close to public transport (all modes). Comfortable beds & rooms. Games area was a hit with our 2 Grand Kids. Unfortunately for my group we experienced 3 back to back annoying problems with housekeeping which really made my stay more annoying than it should of.

Decent experience, but quite expensive for what it was. Two main critiques were that the beds were very uncomfortable (we both woke up with severe back pain on both days) and the carpet was not cleaned properly.

A lovely clean and comfortable hotel. We had a. Small issue with regard the lights in the room., on informing reception they gave us a new room,with out any issues. Staff were helpful and always polite . The hotel was appropriately 5km from Amsterdam central but easily accessible by public transport. However, my wife and I love walking and enjoyed seeing all the local areas and street markets. Amsterdam is a truely beautiful city. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, comfortable bed, good breakfast, nothing I would complain about, convenient location for what I needed. However, they didn't clean my room when I requested it and if I want that, I can stay at an Airbnb and do my own cleaning.

you have no cotton sheet, so I am not coming anymore in Accors Hotel - can't sleep in your bed. I experienced it and it's not about Allergy it's about comfort- I understand your decision for maintenance using Tergal but you are loosing custmers like me because you don't even have some spare 100% cotton sheet to offer

Stayed for an event, the overall experience was positive. Room was very comfortable, as were the meeting rooms. Overall great service and attentive staff. Food was excellent as well.
